FANRAM memory boards are used in 6,9,11 & 12 controls, and
are compatible with GMFanuc* Robot conrols which use bubble
memory.
#The GERAM-64x2 memory boards have 2x128 kilobytes of total
storage for systems software and part program storage combined.
TULIP GERAM boards do not
use the memory power supply or batteries in the 1050 control.

**Fanuc 9's use two 512K boards to
give 1 meg of part program storage, and three 512K boards to give 1
1/2 meg.
